General Meet Information:
Meet Format: Time Standards:
• full 4-day format
• Sectional Standards (Men / Women)
• 4 heats of every event in finals • 2 bonus events (200 or less)
• Finals start at 6:00pm,
  5:00pm on Saturday
• The 1650/1500 can be used to prove the
  1000/800 (and vice-versa). This does not count
  as a bonus event.

June 22-24, 2007

General Meet Information:
Meet Format: Time Standards:
• 3-day, prelim / final • 1 bonus event for every LC standard achieved.
   (Men / Women)
• ALL prelim heats (200 and shorter) circle-
   seeded; fastest to slowest.
• 400s: 3 fastest women's hets / 3 fastest
   men's heats, then alternate.
 
• Same order of events prelim and finals  
• 200MR & FR: 3 heats in finals; other relays
   in a.m.
• 800 FR: 2 heats in finals. Other relays in
   a.m.
 
• 2 relays / team / event
